- Our Pickup & Delivery Service is currently available only in Budapest and in Pécs (up to 50 kg), exclusively on workdays.
- Our Pickup & Delivery Service can be used by our registered customers. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do that easily, at my.bubbles.hu.
- You can place your order at my.bubbles.hu by clicking on Pickup & Delivery Service.
- This service includes washing and drying together. Only washing is not possible with our Pickup & Delivery Service.
- Paying for the Pickup & Delivery Service is due upon completion; the amount will be deducted from your account. Please pay attention to your balance and ensure that the required amount is available.
- While using the Pickup & Delivery Service no discounts and vouchers can be used.
- Your invoice on the Pickup & Delivery Service can be downloaded from your my.bubbles.hu account after the completion of the order.
- Pickup and home delivery fees are included in the transport costs. Transport costs can vary from city to city. Find the detailed price list below.
- Delivery bags are disinfected every time.
- Get your laundry ready according to your order, because we will put them into separate machines accordingly.
- Dirty clothes don’t meet your clean clothes; they are transported in different bags for hygiene reasons.
- We cannot take responsibility for the washing program and drying temperature chosen by you while placing your order. The materials of the textiles are not checked. We do not take responsibility for damages caused by the wrong programs or drying temperatures.
- Please check the pockets of the clothes before handing over the laundry. We do not take responsibility for damages caused by objects left in pockets and their disappearance.
