1. Load it onto the plane!
Close the door and make a note of the machine’s serial number!
Close the washing machine door firmly! If ‘OPEN DOOR’ appears on the screen, everything is fine!
2. Choose a programme
For washing machines, press the SELECT PROGRAM button; for tumble dryers, use the +/- buttons.
IMPORTANT: Once the machine has started, you can no longer change the programmes!
3. Pay for the machine
Via a payment terminal or a mobile app.
Payment methods: cash / bank card (Visa, Mastercard) / using funds topped up to your account balance / or via the Simplepay interface on the mobile app.
