In all three cases, the system generates a unique monogram and pin code for you.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry details.
3.) In which shop are you?
You have three options to specify in which store you are:
a. select manually
b. you enable positioning
c. read the QR code in the store
4.) Starting up
a. QR code reading from an empty machine
• If the machine is free, you can fill it, select the program, close the door.
b. Read the QR code of the store
• Choose whether you want to book, wash or dry!
• Choose the machine which free to use!
• Fill the machine, choose the program, close the door.
c. Choosing a shop with positioning or manually
• Choose whether you want to book, wash or dry
• Choose which free machine to use!
• You can pack, choose the program, close the door.
• Choose your payment option!
• You'll get a summary after payment
• We'll automatically send you an invoice after this transaction
5.) Reservation
You can reserve up to 3 hours before starting the machine.
Cancellation is possible 2 hours before departure.
a. Select from side menu
• Choose your shop!
• Choose the time and then the free machine!
b. Choose your shop!
• Choose "Reservation" within the store
• Choose your payment option!
• You'll get a summary after payment
• We'll automatically send you an invoice after this transaction
